Our mission is continuous professional development and education for efficient and up-to-date consulting services. We are certified entrepreneurship consultants and certified consultants for local government in strategic development and asset management  (Croatian Society of Local and Regional Government Consultants – HUKON). Also, we are accredited consultants within Croatian Agency for small business network and certified consultants for BICRO. To fulfill our intent for successful realisation of our clients goals we educated ourselves for EU pre-accession funds project preparation. As domestic partners for foreign consultant firms in PHARE program our firm actively contributed in preparation of 4 projects (application, LF, budget, feasibility and cost/benefit analyses). As members of Association of Management Consultants (UPS/AMC) from Zagreb we pursue all our activities according to Association’s business regulation and ethical codex.

Investment studies/business plans

We created 130 investment studies, business plans, pre-investment studies, feasibility studies  and many business idea reviews. Our clients gained credits of more than 227 millions of Croatian Kunas for investments of cca 559 millions of Croatian Kunas with our help. Investment studies are prepared according to «Methodology of Investment Projects planning», developed by experts from Institute of Economics and Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Croatian institutions widely accept this methodology.

Interesting projects we worked on are: Bjelovar Free Zone  (positively evaluated by state institutions – resulted in significant non refundable support funding and favorable credit terms of total value 7 millions of Croatian Kunas), Entrepreneurial Zone Bregovci and TIO in Veliki Grđevac (positively validated support funds, Croatian Privatization Fund granted ex-TIO real estate 1.7 millions of Croatian Kunas worth) and a number of other projects positively evaluated by business banks, Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Ministries and other institutions (reference list attached).

Education

We held 30 seminars wich covered: Basics of Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Cooperation, Basic and Advanced Seminars for Entrepreneurial Consultants. More than 600 people attended our seminars. Education has been held according to standards enacted by Ministries. Literature has been given to attendants. Goals of education have been successfully accomplished and we were positively evaluated by attendants and Ministry.

Also, we are business mentors to our seminar attendants – we consult them with business plan writing and other issues important to novice entrepreneur.

Apart from before mentioned seminars we held other forms of education: public lectures, round tables, Ministries and Croatian Agency for small business presentations, workshops etc. – in total more than 50 various forms of education. We actively participated in fairs (Bjelovar Fair, Zagreb Fair, Viroexpo, Grubišno Polje Fair) where we were directly advising entrepreneurs and held public prezentations and lectures.

Since 2007 we are certified trainers in EU Foundations, cohesion politics, regional development planning, project cycle management (PCM).

Other consultant services

In the last 6 years we carried out more than 2000 consulting sessions with experienced and novice entrepreneurs.

Consulting services are various – from advising on starting a business, how to register a firm till business ideas checkup, business plans consulting and other consulting in accountancy, finance, marketing and IT domain. Since we are permanent expert witnesses for accounting and finance area we consulted entrepreneurs in that field too. We countinuously monitor legislative changes and consult our clients in proper interpretation and their duty to obey the law.

Likewise, we constantly monitor all kinds of competitions and gather information on supportive credit lines and institutional support programs (county programs, credits and supports given by Ministries of Economy, Labour and Entreprenurship; Tourism, Agriculture etc, Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, employment supports etc.), business bank credit lines for purpose to consult and inform our clients.
